Pages
Pages are rich-text documents shared with your team — internal wikis, SOPs, project briefs, client-facing one-pagers. Edit with a TipTap-powered editor that supports headings, lists, tables, images, and code blocks.
Pages can be filed under a project (visible to project members) or stay company-wide.
Step-by-step
- 1Open Pages
From the sidebar click Pages. The tree on the left shows pages grouped by project and a Company section for unfiled pages.
- 2Create a page
Click New Page. Give it a title and pick whether it belongs to a project or stays at the company level. Start typing — the editor handles formatting via the toolbar or markdown shortcuts.
- 3Add images and embeds
Drag images into the editor — they upload to S3 and embed inline. Use the / menu to insert tables, code blocks, dividers, and more.
- 4Share or link to a page
Click Share to copy the in-app URL. Anyone with access to the project (or the company, for unfiled pages) can open the link.
- 5Archive a page
Open the page menu → Archive. Archived pages are hidden from the tree but searchable and restorable from the Archive view.
Tips
Use Pages for anything that needs to persist (process docs, decision logs); use Notes for personal scratch. Embed images by dragging or pasting from clipboard — no upload step needed. Tables resize by dragging cell borders; use the cell menu to set header rows.
Admin configuration
Access groups → `pageView`, `pageAdd`, `pageEdit` control who can read or edit pages. Project-scoped pages inherit project visibility — only project members see them.
